What you will do

• Lead end-to-end client implementation projects for enterprise software solutions.
• Facilitate requirements gathering workshops and define project scope with stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure flawless execution.
• Build realistic implementation estimates and manage project schedules and costs.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and product expert to customers and implementation partners.
• Report project status and escalate issues to management as needed.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• At least five years of experience leading high-performance teams or enterprise software implementation projects.
• Extensive experience implementing InsurTech SaaS solutions, particularly in the Property & Casualty (P&C) space.
• Solid technical background with experience in software development and web technologies.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with C-level stakeholders.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time within the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
• Background in insurance software or top-tier consulting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or MIS.
