• Implement and configure Eclipse software solutions to meet specific client business requirements.
• Coach and mentor Professional Services consultants to ensure high standards of service delivery.
• Collaborate directly with clients to analyze business processes and identify optimization opportunities.
• Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure successful software adoption.
• Manage project deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements to meet utilization targets.
• Continuously learn and apply new features and functionalities of the Eclipse platform.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with hirify.global Eclipse software.
• Must be based in the US.
• Strong knowledge of the distribution industry.
• Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to travel up to 60% for client engagements.
• Excellent communication and virtual presentation skills.

• 3+ years of professional consulting experience.
