What you will do

• Lead full life cycle Oracle implementations including planning, design, and build phases.
• Document business requirements, system design, and transformational goals.
• Configure applications and conduct iterative unit testing to ensure system quality.
• Develop business cases to support strategic initiatives and process improvements.
• Coach and develop team members while demonstrating executive presence.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to senior client audiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, HR, IT, MIS, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of related consulting experience.
• Minimum of 5 full life cycle implementations of Oracle.
• Industry recognized professional certification.
• Ability to travel up to 40% as needed.
• Strong leadership and technical writing skills.
