What you will do

• Manage the readiness, repair, and configuration of all QC test equipment at the Surrey site.
• Develop, publish, and maintain detailed work instructions and calibration records for each test process.
• Deliver mandatory safety training on Electrical Safety, Shock, Arc Flash, and NFPA 70E requirements.
• Procure repair parts and manage the inventory of test equipment components to ensure operational readiness.
• Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for equipment failures and implement corrective action plans.
• Supervise and lead QC Technicians specifically focused on equipment maintenance.

Requirements

• Must be based in Surrey, BC, Canada (Onsite).
• 3-5 years of experience in electrical testing, manufacturing, or a related field.
• Strong expertise in troubleshooting electrical test equipment.
• Deep understanding of NFPA 70E, PPE, and safe test practices.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and control logic.
• English proficiency (spoken and written) is required.

Nice to have

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with Hi-pot and 3 phase power systems.
• Familiarity with automated test systems such as LabVIEW or PLC-based platforms.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing or structured problem-solving methodologies.
