What you will do

• Design and develop RF building blocks utilizing CMOS technologies.
• Provide technical leadership throughout the product development lifecycle, from definition to production.
• Perform transistor-level circuit design and oversee layout processes.
• Conduct lab debugging and RF tuning using specialized RF instruments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including test, system, modeling, and application engineers.

Requirements

• Must be based in or authorized to work in the USA.
• Master's degree with 6+ years of related experience or a PhD with 3+ years of experience.
• Strong expertise in CMOS RF building block design and development.
• Proficiency in circuit simulation using the Cadence Design Environment.
• Proven problem-solving skills and hands-on experience in RF lab debugging and tuning.
