What you will do

• Process data entry for electronic, faxed, and verbal prescriptions, focusing on complex and high-difficulty entries.
• Manage outbound and inbound communications with healthcare providers.
• Resolve open pharmacy issues in coordination with pharmacists and the Incident Coordinator team.
• Ensure all tasks are performed in a safe and compliant manner according to corporate policies and State/Federal laws.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of Pharmacy Technician or similar industry experience.
• PTCB or NHA certification required.
• Must hold an active Pennsylvania Pharmacy Technician license or be approved for one prior to start date.
• Professional phone presence and strong technical aptitude for learning complex software.
• Competence in basic pharmacy calculations.
