About the Role

You will manage day-to-day transit operations and make live troubleshooting decisions. You will adjust operating plans using real-time input, prioritize and resolve operational issues, support phone and email activities, and use product and service knowledge to make decisions with limited guidance.

• Adjust daily operating plans based on real-time input from drivers, riders, and colleagues
• Prioritize operational issues and provide solutions for live operations
• Build cross-functional relationships with internal offices and external partners
• Use operating and troubleshooting expertise to support live operations, phone, and email activities
• Take action on live operational issues based on received information
• Use product and service knowledge to make ad hoc decisions with limited guidance
