Compensation: $241,946 – $311,536 per year (at plan)

What you will do

• Drive revenue growth and market development through direct sales to oncologists.
• Create and execute strategic business plans to expand market presence in the assigned territory.
• Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with medical providers and the cancer care community.
• Conduct consultative sales presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage territory logistics and prioritize high-impact opportunities to meet sales goals.

Requirements

• Must live within the defined territory (Sarasota/Fort Myers) and be centrally located to accounts.
• Proven track record of sales success in medical diagnostics, medical devices, or surgical devices.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to travel within the defined territory.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Experience selling to medical providers or clinical background as a PA, NP, or RN with oncology biopsy experience.
