Location: Field-based; must cover the entire states of North Carolina and South Carolina

Salary: $195,000 - $225,000 OTE

What you will do

• Drive adoption and growth of the Sighirify.global personalized molecular residual disease (MRD) ctDNA assay.
• Build strategic relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), academic medical centers, and community oncology practices.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Radiation Oncologists, ENT physicians, Head & Neck Surgeons, and Pathologists.
• Develop and execute strategic territory plans to identify growth opportunities and influence stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate territory activity, customer insights, and sales forecasts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years of successful medical sales experience, preferably within Head & Neck Oncology, molecular diagnostics, or precision medicine.
• Knowledge of the academic and community oncology landscape and reimbursement.
• Ability and willingness to travel overnight as needed within the assigned territory.
• Must be based in or be able to cover the North Carolina and South Carolina territory.
