Location: Must be based in the East US Region. Requires 75% field travel.

Salary: $240,000 - $280,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do

• Hire, coach, and lead a team of 10 sales professionals to achieve Sighirify.global sales goals.
• Recruit and educate Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in academic and community oncology settings.
• Develop and execute regional business plans and territory alignments to maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with overarching corporate goals.
• Represent the company at national trade shows, meetings, and training sessions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences or related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of successful sales experience, preferably in Oncology or clinical diagnostics.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience in oncology or the diagnostic laboratory industry.
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Proficiency in Salesforce.com, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
