Associate Integration Engineer (ERP)

TL;DR

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Scottsdale, AZ or Alpharetta, GA (Hybrid role)

What you will do

• Manage assigned integration projects end-to-end from implementation through go-live.
• Install and configure ERP interface software connecting payment solutions to client systems.
• Design standard integration configurations and electronic billing templates.
• Perform troubleshooting and debugging of integrations across various ERP platforms.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) for integrations and system enhancements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external client stakeholders to ensure project success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model in Scottsdale, AZ or Alpharetta, GA.
• Foundational experience with SQL (Oracle or Microsoft SQL Server).
• Basic understanding of web technologies including REST, SOAP, XML, XSL, and HTML.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client-facing interactions.

Nice to have

• Experience working with ERP systems like Ellucian, PeopleSoft, or Oracle.
• Exposure to system integrations or professional services environments.
• Familiarity with higher education or payments technology sectors.
