What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
• Support client onboarding, product integrations, and launches for the aggregation platform.
• Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive account growth.
• Develop and nurture senior management relationships to monetize and expand market presence.
• Acquire new business targets through research, networking, and formal introductions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and report on sales pipeline progress to management.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, Business Development, or Customer Success.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
• Must be able to work on-site in Vaughan, ON.
