Salary: CAD $140,000 – $160,000

What you will do
- Lead the strategy and performance of VIP acquisition and retention across online sportsbook and iCasino products.
- Coach and develop regional VIP Managers to achieve customer engagement and revenue goals.
- Analyze KPIs and provide strategic reporting and insights to senior leadership to drive profitability.
- Collaborate with Risk, Responsible Gaming, Payments, AML, and Trading teams to support informed business decisions.
- Oversee premium customer events and customer lifecycle initiatives to maximize player loyalty.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities for customer acquisition.
Requirements
- Must be based in Canada.
- 5+ years of experience in gaming, either within online operations or traditional casino environments.
- 3+ years of management experience with a proven track record of leading teams and driving revenue.
- 2+ years of specific experience within online gaming operations.
- Experience in luxury relationship management, concierge services, or high-level account management.
- Ability and willingness to travel for customer events across Canada and the United States.
