What you will do

• Design, build, and ship end-to-end features for the monetization platform.
• Debug and resolve complex production issues to ensure system reliability.
• Collaborate with the team on architectural proposals and technical direction.
• Participate in on-call rotations and incident response.
• Mentor other engineers and contribute to improving codebase quality.
• Scope and architect medium-to-large projects with a product-focused mindset.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing and maintaining complex, large-scale systems.
• Excellent command of at least one mainstream programming language.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and debugging production issues.
• Experience with Python and PostgreSQL.
• Ability to communicate effectively in a fully-remote culture.
• Proactive approach to identifying and fixing system improvements.

Nice to have

• Experience building SDKs.
• Experience shipping mobile apps with in-app purchases.
• Experience with React and SPA applications.
