What you will do

• Manage and triage operational support tickets across a broad technical estate.
• Provide advanced desktop and endpoint support for Windows, Linux, and macOS environments.
• Support infrastructure administration, maintenance, and monitoring activities.
• Execute vulnerability remediation and patch management processes.
• Maintain and improve operational runbooks and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with DevOps and engineering teams to enhance service quality and operational maturity.

Requirements

• Strong experience in second-line troubleshooting for Windows, Linux, and macOS.
• Proficiency with ticketing systems like Jira and infrastructure monitoring tools.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and access control concepts.
• Experience with patching, vulnerability management, and operational scripting.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable utilizing AI-assisted workflows for daily support tasks.
