Salary: £75,000–£85,000 per annum + benefits

What you will do

• Develop and deliver the organization's digital transformation strategy and roadmap.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Digital Team to foster a culture of innovation.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities.
• Oversee the design and implementation of enterprise solutions using Microsoft technologies.
• Drive automation and process improvement via Power Platform and low-code tools.
• Manage a portfolio of projects, ensuring delivery within budget and quality standards.

Requirements

• Must be able to work on-site in Hemel Hempstead 3 days per week.
• Proven track record of leading digital transformation or technology improvement programs.
• Experience managing and developing technical or business systems teams.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Power Platform (Apps, Automate, BI), and Azure.
• Proficiency in business analysis, process mapping, and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Ability to influence stakeholders from operational teams to board level.

Nice to have

• Microsoft Power Platform or Fabric certifications.
• Agile Practitioner or Scrum Master certification.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot, AI Builder, or wider AI technologies.
• Background in utilities, infrastructure, or construction environments.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001 and cyber security best practices.
