What you will do

• Own the roadmap and strategy for the M365 ecosystem, including Teams, SharePoint Online, and Exchange Online.
• Design and maintain governance frameworks, policies, and naming conventions to ensure a secure and compliant environment.
• Lead the rollout and adoption of Microsoft Copilot by identifying business use cases and optimizing user experiences.
• Manage information protection and compliance using Microsoft Purview, including DLP and sensitivity labels.
• Drive user adoption through change management, communication strategies, and training sessions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align technology initiatives with business objectives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing M365 environments in a Product Owner, Lead, or Consultant role.
• Strong technical expertise in Teams, SharePoint Online, Copilot, Purview, and Entra ID.
• Experience designing governance frameworks and scalable operating models for enterprise environments.
• Proven track record of leading platform rollouts, migrations, or enterprise-wide adoption initiatives.
• Strong change management and stakeholder influence skills.
• Eligibility to work remotely from Germany and professional fluency in English.
