What you will do

• Own and improve the Google Workspace environment using advanced administration tools like GAM.
• Manage and configure the Atlassian suite including Jira and Confluence for effective project management.
• Administer and integrate the HiBob HRIS platform to ensure reliable data flows across systems.
• Maintain Okta for secure identity and access management across the organization.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce manual work and enhance tool reliability.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations and integrations.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Systems Engineer or Enterprise Applications Engineer.
• Advanced administration skills in Google Workspace and hands-on experience with GAM.
• Strong working knowledge of Okta, Jira, Confluence, Slack, and HiBob.
• Solid understanding of SaaS asset management and application lifecycle principles.
• Proven ability to integrate HRIS platforms and manage complex data flows.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with a focus on user experience and service quality.
