What you will do

• Manage end-to-end payroll processes across multiple European countries via external providers.
• Ensure accurate execution of tax filings, social security contributions, and internal financial reporting.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, tax authorities, and auditors.
• Monitor payroll-related SLAs and KPIs to maintain high standards of efficiency.
• Drive digitalization and process automation initiatives to improve payroll scalability.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in payroll management in an international environment.
• Strong knowledge of payroll, tax, and social security laws with a focus on DACH (Germany).
• Fluent in Polish and English (written and spoken).
• Independent, structured, and detail-oriented working style.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Warsaw.
