What you will do

• Partner with Talent teams to identify and prioritize high-leverage AI opportunities.
• Build functional AI prototypes using LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and automation tools.
• Translate validated prototypes into clear product requirements for engineering teams.
• Develop playbooks, prompting guides, and templates to enable AI adoption across Talent functions.
• Ensure all AI solutions adhere to data privacy, security, and fairness standards.
• Track and report on AI tool engagement and business outcomes.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in product management, applied AI, or HR technology.
• Hands-on experience building with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and workflow automation.
• Working knowledge of core Talent processes (Acquisition, Management, Compensation).
• Ability to query datasets and contribute to measurement frameworks.
• Strong communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with agentic frameworks like LangChain or CrewAI.
• Experience with HR technology platforms such as Workday or Eightfold.
