Product Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Kadıköy, İstanbul, Türkiye

What you will do

• Define product vision, roadmaps, success metrics, priorities, and technical debt plans for assigned platform products.
• Translate complex clinical and business requirements into product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Monitor product analytics and clinical outcome data after releases, then iterate based on performance and user feedback.
• Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, release planning, and other product development ceremonies across distributed engineering squads.
• Coordinate with Data/AI, Clinical Operations, Provider Engagement, vendors, and delivery partners on product dependencies and workflows.
• Communicate product progress and trade-offs to leadership, executives, and board-level stakeholders while maintaining product documentation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience in SaaS, enterprise, or platform products.
• Experience managing complex products with multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and technical dependencies.
• Strong command of Agile delivery practices and end-to-end product development.
• Experience with data-intensive or AI/ML-powered products, including data pipelines, model outputs, and technical architecture discussions.
• Fluent spoken and written English required for all daily communication, documentation, and collaboration.
• Experience working across time zones and cultures in distributed teams; healthcare, biotech, or clinical trial technology experience is strongly preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with oncology, clinical trial operations, or patient-facing health technology.
• Familiarity with HIPAA, GDPR, or mCODE compliance frameworks.
• Technical background in engineering, data analysis, or technical product management.
• Familiarity with AWS, GCP, Azure, modern technology stacks, pharma partnerships, CROs, or drug development workflows.
