Salary: €54,000 - €68,500 + Incentive Awards

What you will do

• Drive strategic oversight of outsourcing partners to ensure high-performance standards in Fraud and FinCrime operations.
• Monitor key metrics and collaborate with product teams to address emerging fraud trends.
• Combine hands-on execution with strategic planning to align cross-functional teams with the fraud vision.
• Oversee the implementation of technology-driven solutions for fraud mitigation and automated alerts.
• Partner with the second line of defence and the MLRO to ensure assurance activity and remediation.
• Support the Director of FinCrime, Fraud and Disputes with committee reporting and change implementation.

Requirements

• Previous experience leading and managing Fraud and FinCrime operations in payments or banking.
• Proven track record of achieving results through third-party or outsourcing management.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams.
• Understanding of fraud and money laundering risks specific to the fintech space.
• Ability to champion automated processes to improve operational efficiency.
• Must be able to work from the Dublin office 2-3 days per week.
