What you will do

• Apply hirify.global and EU regulatory standards to listing and trading applications.
• Review applications for debt and fund securities admission.
• Liaise with listing agents, legal firms, and international financial institutions.
• Coordinate with the Central Bank on regulatory matters and prospectuses.
• Support policy development and the delivery of regulatory solutions.
• Ensure a positive and professional experience for all customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in law, finance, business, or a related field.
• At least two years of relevant professional experience.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong analytical, written, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail and high accuracy.

• Understanding of capital markets and debt securities.
• Knowledge or experience with EU securities legislation.
