What you will do

• Act as the primary escalation point for operational and client-related matters.
• Oversee fund account onboarding, maintenance, and AML/KYC requirements.
• Ensure accurate processing of capital calls, payments, and corporate actions.
• Manage production and delivery of client, regulatory, and custodian reporting.
• Identify control gaps and implement process improvements to mitigate operational risk.
• Lead, develop, and mentor team members to foster a high-performing culture.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience in the Fund Services industry.
• Extensive exposure to Fund Trading, Investor Account Openings, and AML/KYC processes.
• At least 2 years of experience in a management role.
• Post-secondary education in finance, accounting, or related fields.
• Strong project delivery and process improvement skills.
