Senior Associate Director, Client Trade Operations - 12 months duration

What you will do

• Act as the primary escalation point for operational and client-related matters and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Oversee fund account onboarding and maintenance, including AML/KYC requirements and ongoing account management.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of capital calls, fund-related payments, corporate actions, and client, regulatory, and custodian reporting.
• Identify control gaps, manage operational risk, and implement process improvements in line with internal policies and industry regulations.
• Lead, develop, and mentor team members while partnering with clients, custodians, technology teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Drive automation, system enhancements, business change initiatives, testing, process updates, training, and implementation activities.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• At least 6 years of experience in the Fund Services industry.
• Extensive experience with fund trading, investor account openings, AML/KYC processes, and project delivery.
• At least 2 years of management experience.
• Recognized Fund Services or professional qualifications are desirable.
