What you will do

• Lead hands-on training sessions for hospital staff on the safe use of equipment.
• Provide at-the-elbow support during product launches and peak shift hours.
• Translate technical features into clinical benefits for nursing and support staff.
• Monitor technology adoption on the floor and identify barriers to workflow integration.
• Report site-specific feedback and product performance data to the headquarters.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience in a hospital setting (Med/Surg, ICU, or ER).
• Background as a nurse, aide, porter, OT, PT, or PSW.
• Eligibility for cross-border travel between Canada and the USA.
• Valid G or G2 driver's license.
• Comfortable speaking to groups and teaching peers.
• Ability to learn new hardware and troubleshoot basic technical issues.

Nice to have

• Experience as a preceptor, charge nurse, or clinical educator.
• Previous experience in implementation or client support roles.
