What you will do

• Write, test, and maintain application code across frontend components (React/TypeScript) and backend services/APIs (Golang and/or TypeScript).
• Participate in code reviews and develop judgment for production-ready quality.
• Build and troubleshoot product features, APIs, and UI workflows across the stack.
• Identify and fix bugs, edge cases, and small-scope issues with support from senior engineers.
• Maintain technical documentation, design notes, and testing coverage for delivered features.
• Join on-call rotation to pair with senior engineers and resolve production incidents.

Requirements

• 0–4 years of experience in software/application engineering (or equivalent internship/coursework for Software Engineer I).
• Working knowledge of at least one backend language: Go, TypeScript, or Python; familiarity with modern frontend frameworks such as React.
• Understanding of REST/GraphQL API design and how frontend and backend systems communicate.
• Comfort with Git and automated testing practices (unit, integration, or end-to-end).
• Clear written communication and a habit of documenting work.
• Comfort receiving feedback and iterating quickly.

Nice to have

• Experience with modern frontend tooling (React, state management, component libraries) or backend frameworks.
• Familiarity with API design, authentication/authorization patterns, or GraphQL.
• Familiarity with Apache Airflow or other data-orchestration tools.
