What you will do

• Process invoices accurately and maintain comprehensive records and files.
• Manage timekeeping for employees and reconcile purchase card transactions.
• Maintain vehicle records and handle damage claims efficiently.
• Compile and summarize information for special projects and administrative requests.
• Interact professionally with staff and provide excellent customer service.
• Participate in an on-call rotation as required.

Requirements

• Must be located in or near Pantego, Texas
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and customer service capabilities.
• Flexibility to work overtime and during adverse weather conditions.
• Experience handling confidential information with discretion.
