Salary: $77,000–$163,000

What you will do

• Lead use case identification and prioritization with mission stakeholders.
• Gather and document requirements for technology integration pilots.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and coordination meetings.
• Translate mission pain points into technology capability requirements.
• Develop business cases, value propositions, and metrics frameworks for pilot initiatives.
• Manage requirements traceability and support governance review processes.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Active Secret clearance required (TS/SCI preferred).
• Ability to obtain DHS EOD suitability.
• 5+ years of experience as a business analyst or requirements analyst.
• Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of business process analysis and improvement methodologies.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting federal cybersecurity programs.
• Background in technology assessment or capability evaluation.
• Knowledge of agile requirements management and cost-benefit analysis.
• DoD 8140 IAT Level II certification.
• ITIL, CBAP, PMI-PBA, or SaFE certifications.
