Location: Must be based in or able to travel regularly across the Nordic region

What you will do

  • Act as the regional EHS lead for customer sites and installation projects across the Nordics.
  • Ensure compliance with hirify.global EHS standards and local regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct EHS inspections, audits, and risk assessments to mitigate operational risks.
  • Lead behavioral safety initiatives and mentor site management on safety best practices.
  • Support incident investigations and identify corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, contractors, and project teams to influence safety culture.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an EHS role or significant EHS responsibility.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience on installation, construction, or project-based sites.
  • Strong knowledge of local health, safety, and environmental legislation.
  • NEBOSH Level 5 Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety or equivalent.
  • Valid CSCS/CITB certification and relevant professional memberships (IOSH/IIRSM).
  • Ability and willingness to regularly travel to customer sites across the Nordics.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Gensuite EHS management systems.
  • Knowledge of CDM Regulations and the Machinery Directive.
  • IPAF Certification.
