Technical Analyst Sr (Informatica/Snowflake)

Location: Toronto, Canada; hybrid schedule at 483 Bay Street, moving to the Mississauga office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway approximately in late 2026. Current work authorization for Canada is required.

Salary: CAD 123,000–152,000 total annual cash compensation, including base salary and target discretionary performance bonus.

What you will do

• Develop and support ETL data integration solutions for data warehouse, BI, and CRM applications.
• Design Informatica iPaaS/IDMC and PowerCenter mappings, mapplets, workflows, and worklets.
• Develop stored procedures and SQL queries, and tune Snowflake and Oracle database code.
• Lead cross-functional data initiatives and act as a technical lead or subject matter expert for data warehouse areas.
• Perform Informatica administration, unit testing, production deployments, incident support, and on-call duties.
• Maintain technical documentation and data models, mentor developers, and participate in design and code reviews.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of ETL development experience with Informatica PowerCenter or IDMC, including 2+ years with iPaaS/IDMC or CDI.
• 5+ years of SQL and PL/SQL development experience and 5+ years working with Oracle databases.
• 2+ years of experience with Snowflake data warehouse environments and at least 1 year with AWS.
• Experience with data modelling tools, source and target systems, unit testing, and data integrity validation.
• Current authorization to work in Canada is required.
