Senior Technical Analyst (ETL/Data Warehouse)

Senior Technical Analyst (ETL/Data Warehouse): Developing and supporting complex ETL data integration solutions for a financial services data warehouse with an accent on Informatica IICS, Snowflake, and Oracle PL/SQL. Focus on designing technical solutions, optimizing database performance, and driving cross-functional data initiatives while providing expert-level technical support.

Location: Must be based in Canada with current work authorization. The role is hybrid, currently based in Toronto, moving to Mississauga in late 2026.

Compensation: $123,000–$152,000 (Base salary plus target bonus).

What you will do

• Develop and maintain ETL data integration solutions using Informatica IICS, Power Center, and SQL.
• Design and optimize stored procedures and queries for Snowflake and Oracle databases.
• Act as a technical lead and subject matter expert for core data warehouse initiatives.
• Collaborate with business partners and CRM teams to translate requirements into technical designs.
• Perform administrative duties for Informatica iPaaS and ensure system availability.
• Mentor developers on best practices, data modeling standards, and conduct code reviews.

Requirements

• Current work authorization for Canada is required.
• 7+ years of experience with ETL development using Informatica Power Center or IDMC.
• 5+ years of experience with SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle database development.
• 2+ years of experience with Snowflake data warehouse and IPAAS/IDMC.
• 1+ years of experience with AWS.
• University degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
