Salary: $5,608.34 – $8,975.00 per month.

What you will do

• Address and resolve escalated service tickets related to complex Workday issues.
• Identify, validate, and test business process and configuration changes.
• Perform root-cause analysis for system issues and data load errors.
• Conduct testing for Workday releases and configuration updates.
• Provide subject matter expertise and advisory services to management regarding system requirements.
• Maintain awareness of current HRMS trends and apply key technologies to improve service delivery.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in at least three Workday modules.
• Experience with Canadian compliance and configuration rules.
• Strong understanding of HR operations and data management.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Nice to have

• Workday Payroll (Canada) experience is highly desired.
