Senior Manager, SEO & GEO

Location: Remote in the United States. Applicants must be authorized to work in the country in which they apply.

Salary: $150,000–$187,500 USD base compensation annually.

What you will do

• Own the global SEO, GEO, AIO, and AI-search visibility strategy from research and prioritization through execution.
• Lead technical SEO, on-page optimization, site architecture, crawlability, indexation, rendering, performance, internationalization, schema, migrations, redirects, and canonicalization.
• Build dashboards and a measurement framework covering rankings, traffic quality, conversions, pipeline influence, share of voice, AI citations, and content performance.
• Identify high-value search and audience opportunities and turn them into content recommendations, briefs, refresh plans, and scalable programs.
• Run experimentation across content formats, page structures, calls to action, internal links, and conversion journeys.
• Partner with content, web, engineering, product marketing, communications, demand generation, UX, and analytics teams while advising senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in SEO, organic growth, web strategy, content strategy, or a related digital marketing discipline, with significant end-to-end ownership.
• Proven experience building or transforming SEO programs at scale with measurable impact on qualified traffic, conversions, revenue, or pipeline.
• Hands-on expertise in technical SEO, content-led growth, keyword and audience research, competitive analysis, information architecture, structured data, and site migrations.
• Practical experience with GEO, AEO, AI-search visibility, or programs designed to earn citations and recommendations in AI assistants and answer engines.
• Advanced analytical, commercial, communication, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B technology, cloud infrastructure, AI, developer platforms, or enterprise software.
• Ownership of a global program and experience with digital PR, link earning, brand authority, or off-site signals.
• Working knowledge of CRO, UX research, paid-search insights, and full-funnel measurement.
• Experience with Profound, GrowthX, Google Search Console, GA4, Semrush, Ahrefs, Conductor, Screaming Frog, Looker Studio, or comparable tools.
• Experience building AI agents, automations, or custom workflows with appropriate human review and governance.
