What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team managing production quality, supplier quality, customer complaints, and the RMA process.
• Oversee investigation and resolution of product and supplier quality issues through effective root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Drive quality improvements by analyzing performance metrics, customer feedback, and COPQ data.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to enhance process capability and reduce defects.
• Monitor supplier quality performance and manage nonconformances and development activities.
• Support internal, customer, and certification audits to ensure compliance with quality systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Must be eligible to handle information subject to International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
• Experience with SPC, MSA, and data analytics tools such as Power BI.
• ASQ CQE, CMQ/OE, or equivalent certification.
