What you will do

• Plan and lead a development team to deliver high-quality projects in line with roadmap milestones.
• Contribute to product backlog nomination and strategic roadmap building.
• Manage project progress and communicate updates clearly to team members and stakeholders.
• Lead the production team to foster cooperation, resolve conflicts, and encourage professional growth.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within the allocated product budget.

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing technical projects, specifically for mobile apps and games.
• Experience leading technical teams through complex development cycles.
• Ability to drive the product forward with pace and a clear vision of future direction.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to incorporate feedback from various organizational levels.
