Lead Fullstack Engineer - Project Delivery Add-ons (all genders)

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end architecture of modular add-ons across backend, frontend, and integrations.
• Design advanced Laravel backend logic, queues, events, and database schemas for high-traffic e-commerce environments.
• Oversee Vue.js frontend integration within a SingleSpa micro-frontend setup.
• Lead CI/CD, semantic versioning, Docker environments, releases, monitoring, alerting, and incident response in AWS environments.
• Serve as technical lead and final reviewer, mentor engineers, and maintain architectural and code-quality standards.
• Drive the adoption of AI-assisted and agentic coding workflows with production guardrails and quality standards.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience building, scaling, and operating complex fullstack web applications in production.
• Expert proficiency in PHP 8.x and Laravel, including middleware, queues, events, and gates or policies.
• Strong frontend experience with Vue.js 3, TypeScript, and modern state management.
• Deep expertise in secure, multi-tenant, distributed system architecture and maintainable design principles.
• Advanced MySQL or RDS, schema design, indexing, Redis caching, Docker, CI/CD, AWS, and production monitoring skills.
• Technical leadership experience, including mentoring, code reviews, problem decomposition, and hands-on use of AI-assisted coding tools.
