Fullstack (PHP/JS) Developer

Location: Fully remote within the European Union, with priority given to candidates based in Poland; other EU locations may be considered.

Work on a German product company’s enterprise wiki platform based on MediaWiki, supporting internal documentation, collaboration, and knowledge management for companies worldwide.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain customer-specific features for BlueSpice.
• Continuously improve and modernize the product.
• Fix bugs and analyze errors across the platform.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
• Participate actively in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical decision-making.
• Collaborate closely and proactively with the German product team.

Requirements

• Commercial PHP and JavaScript experience at Middle+/Senior level.
• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks, preferably Vue.js.
• Strong understanding of OOP, interfaces, clean code principles, PSR-4, and service-oriented architecture.
• Experience with unit testing using PHPUnit or a similar framework.
• Upper-Intermediate/C1 or higher English is required for spoken and written communication.
• Proactive communication skills, including asking questions, identifying risks, giving feedback, and contributing opinions.

Nice to have

• Experience with MediaWiki, enterprise web platforms, or CMS products.
• Experience working in distributed international teams.
