What you will do

• Own the Auth0 Startup playbook strategy and roadmap (reach, activation, engagement, graduation) and run KPI reporting to adjust strategy.
• Lead a team of 3 across developer advocacy (events) and operations.
• Represent Auth0 Startups internally across the broader Okta org and advocate for startup-segment needs.
• Develop and expand ecosystem partnerships with VCs, accelerators, incubators, and startup communities globally.
• Oversee the full startup lifecycle from application/onboarding through graduation and handoff to sales, partnering with Product, Partner Programs, Pricing & Packaging, Support, and Engineering.
• Conceive and drive developer-community events (e.g., Camp AI, hackathons, CTO dinners) and identify/prioritize high-potential AI startups for early access to Auth0 for AI Agents (A4AA).

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in or closely working with the startup ecosystem (VC, accelerator, developer-tools company, or as a founder).
• Proven experience building and scaling developer-facing programs, partnerships, or communities.
• Deep understanding of the software development ecosystem and SaaS business models, including what makes a developer-first product great.
• Ability to operate in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment and deliver results with strong cross-functional influence.
• Experience with AI tools (agents, vibe coding platforms, etc.).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for outreach, strategy presentations, and developer engagement.
