What you will do

• Design and implement new equipment, fixtures, and tooling for medical device production.
• Create detailed technical designs and drawings for Engineering, Production, and R&D.
• Perform root cause analysis to solve production floor problems and implement vetted solutions.
• Monitor equipment performance to optimize yield, efficiency, and throughput.
• Coordinate with external suppliers for the development of tooling and equipment.
• Ensure adherence to the Quality Management System (QMS) and global regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 1+ years of relevant engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Must be able to work on-site in Roseville, CA.

Nice to have

• Experience in a manufacturing environment, specifically within the medical device industry.
• Knowledge of FDA regulations and Lean/Flow Manufacturing.
• Experience with materials and manufacturing processes.
