Member of Client Operations (Settlements)

Location: Must be based in Singapore. The role requires in-person onboarding at the office.

What you will do

• Execute end-to-end settlement operations for institutional clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Reconcile activity across internal systems, banking portals, and external venues.
• Validate on-chain transactions using blockchain explorers.
• Partner with Trading, Risk, and Compliance teams to improve operational tools and reduce manual processes.
• Manage complex settlement workflows involving various digital assets and fiat currencies.
• Maintain strong documentation and contribute to team knowledge-sharing and runbooks.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in operations, settlements, reconciliations, or post-trade support.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple time-sensitive workflows.
• Experience reconciling transactions and balances across systems.
• Familiarity with blockchain concepts and transaction validation.
• Clear communication skills and a risk-aware mindset.
• Must be able to complete in-person onboarding in Singapore.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting institutional clients or working with counterparties like exchanges and banks.
• Technical skills in operational tooling or automation (SQL, Python, Looker, Retool).
• Prior exposure to AML/compliance workflows or regulated financial environments.
