Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in New York or Boston (Monday–Thursday)

Salary: $140,000 – $200,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Design and configure AI agents for production environments, including triggers, tools, and approval gates.
• Decompose complex finance workflows into agent skills and determine automation logic.
• Test, debug, and iterate on agent outputs to ensure reliability and accuracy.
• Build data pipelines and integrations between customer ERPs and the hirify.global platform.
• Validate financial outputs by tracing data back to source systems.
• Manage the full onboarding process from configuration through go-live and initial production support.

Requirements

• Must have deep hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and agent architecture in production.
• Must be able to work onsite in New York or Boston Monday through Thursday.
• Expertise in structured data, Excel, and comfort reading API documentation.
• Strong domain knowledge in construction finance or the ability to learn it rapidly.
• Customer-facing experience with the ability to manage expectations and communicate clearly.
• High ownership and comfort working in an ambiguous, fast-paced startup environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL or scripting.
• Familiarity with construction ERPs such as Sage Intacct, Sage 300 CRE, Vista, Spectrum, or Acumatica.
• Experience with the Procore data model.
