Salary: $180K – $390K + Equity

What you will do

• Design and ship high-performance, production-grade AI agents that drive direct revenue growth.
• Own the full Agent Development Life Cycle (ADLC) from initial pilot through deployment and iteration.
• Partner with large enterprises and startups to build AI agents that transform their business operations.
• Collaborate with research and product teams to surface unmet needs and evolve the core platform.
• Develop multimodal experiences, including embedded voice mode and rich visualizations.
• Modernize legacy systems by creating optimized hirify.global packages for complex workflows.

Requirements

• Experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems.
• Professional fluency in both Spanish and English.
• Experience deploying AI/LLM systems in production.
• Strong technical problem-solving skills in fast-changing, ambiguous environments.
• Builder's mindset with high agency and the ability to ship creative solutions.
• Must be based in San Francisco, Atlanta, or New York.

Nice to have

• Previous experience as a founder or founding engineer.
• Familiarity with eval frameworks, agent tooling, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering.
• Proficiency with React, TypeScript, and/or Go.
• Experience leading technical projects with external stakeholders.
