What you will do
- Provide engineering support across all phases of product design, including Advanced Design and Engineering.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure project requirements are implemented effectively.
- Maintain technical and geometrical status for physical models, mock-ups, and ergonomic bucks.
- Ensure design concepts meet engineering feasibility, manufacturability, and regulatory standards.
- Lead cross-functional engineering initiatives and contribute to methodology improvements.
- Support project planning and technical decision-making aligned with long-term strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in Design Studio Engineering or Product Development.
- Extensive experience with design studios, concept development, and engineering integration.
- Strong understanding of product development processes, geometric quality, and technical feasibility.
- Proficiency with CAD, PLM, and engineering development tools.
- Demonstrated experience leading complex technical initiatives and mentoring engineers.
