• Partner with product, design, data, and business stakeholders to shape the product roadmap.
• Bridge the gap between product vision and engineering execution to make strategy actionable.
• Own key architectural and technical choices to enable scalability and product evolution.
• Identify bottlenecks and streamline processes to boost team velocity.
• Coach and mentor engineers to foster growth, ownership, and impact.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading and scaling teams, preferably in high-growth environments.
• Strong hands-on technical background in software engineering and system architecture.
• Excellent understanding of modern development methodologies.
