What you will do
- Lead and mentor a team of Full Stack Engineers to foster a high-performance culture.
- Drive the design and implementation of core AI building blocks, backend services, and frontend components.
- Own platform-wide features including user management, multi-tenant abstractions, and solution dashboards.
- Collaborate with Product, AI, and Solutions teams to align platform capabilities with business goals.
- Define and enforce best practices for code quality, testing, CI/CD, and system architecture.
Requirements
- 6+ years of software engineering experience, with 2+ years in a technical leadership or team lead role.
- Background in AI/ML, LLMs, or prompt-based applications.
- Strong proficiency in modern frameworks such as React, Node, and Python.
- Proven ability to design scalable APIs, services, and reusable UI components.
- Experience building platforms in complex, multi-solution product environments.
- Strong communication skills and experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
Nice to have
- Experience with design systems or enterprise-grade platforms.
- Expertise in multi-tenant architecture.
- Knowledge of backend performance optimization, observability, and database design.
