What you will do

• Provide strong technical leadership and architectural direction for frontend infrastructure
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of frontend engineers, fostering ownership and collaboration
• Define and execute the frontend infrastructure roadmap aligned with company objectives
• Evaluate and implement modern frontend technologies for scalability, performance, and maintainability
• Collaborate with product, backend, design, and other stakeholders to drive cohesive solutions

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience managing and leading engineering teams
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience working with React in production environments
• Strong experience in frontend architecture and building scalable systems
• Proven experience working cross-functionally with engineering and product teams
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence technical direction
