Junior Supply Planning Manager (E-commerce)

Junior Supply Planning Manager (Logistics/E-commerce): Managing end-to-end supply planning and SKU portfolios to optimize product availability and inventory levels with an accent on rolling supply plans and stock segmentation. Location: Hybrid (Munich, Germany). Ideally 3 office days per week.

What you will do

• Develop and execute 18-month rolling supply plans and supplier-specific replenishment strategies.
• Manage inventory health and stock segmentation across Stores, Partner Channels, B2B, and B2C.
• Handle operational processes for SKU transitions and inbound selling to maximize availability.
• Track supply and inventory KPIs and conduct deep-dive analyses to improve performance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Category, Marketing, Buying, and Operations teams on complex projects.
• Create SOPs and scalable workflows to enhance planning accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, economics, industrial engineering, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in supply planning or supply chain management.
• High proficiency in Excel; SQL knowledge is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
• Fluency in English required; German is a plus.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Munich office (hybrid setup).
