What you will do

• Manage schedules and coordinate work across internal technical teams and external partners.
• Guide teams in implementing new digital technology solutions at energy storage sites.
• Facilitate Agile processes including stand-ups and sprint planning.
• Drive the generation of new customer offerings based on technology capabilities.
• Track adoption of technology-enabled capabilities to improve business outcomes.
• Present project-related cost reviews and status reports to leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Engineering Management or related field.
• 2 years of experience in technical program management or related occupation.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
• Experience building software with Python and Java and data science models using Python and SQL.
• Experience with ETL/ELT processes and interactive dashboards like Tableau, Power BI, or Redash.
• Proficiency in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and tools like Jira/Conhirify.global.
• Experience applying Lean Six Sigma Black Belt methodologies (DMAIC, Value Stream Mapping).
• Experience developing financial proxy models in Excel and Python to evaluate project viability.
