What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for AI/ML Engineers, Architects, and technical leaders across the US.
• Build direct-sourcing pipelines using LinkedIn, GitHub, and professional referral networks.
• Architect and execute the US talent community strategy through meetups, workshops, and hackathons.
• Partner with hiring managers and C-level leadership to define role profiles and sourcing strategies.
• Manage candidate pipelines and negotiate offers based on the company's compensation philosophy.
• Analyze market intelligence and perform compensation benchmarking.

Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in fast-paced AI, cloud, or consulting environments.
• Proven track record of hiring senior AI/ML engineers and architects.
• Active personal adoption and use of AI tools within the recruiting workflow.
• Experience in building talent communities, including organizing events and university programs.
• Ability to work effectively within a distributed, global team.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms and data-driven recruiting practices.
