Salary: $83,000–$105,000 per year

What you will do

• Execute conferences, prospect engagement events, employee events, sponsorships, and client appreciation projects.
• Develop innovative event experiences that integrate products and communicate the brand story.
• Coordinate event planning, venue selection, contract negotiations, vendor management, creative production, budgets, and post-event reporting.
• Collaborate with security, facilities, sales, catering, creative, digital, and web teams.
• Provide strategic event guidance, research, and ideas while supporting product and service launches.
• Generate leads, track event performance, and ensure accurate expenses and reconciliations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing events.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or equivalent experience.
• Very strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
• Flexibility for overnight travel.
