What you will do

• Ensure quality-driven transitions from design to production by verifying validation protocols and specifications.
• Define module testing specifications in line with AECQ-104 and manage product validation criteria.
• Conduct quality audits of contract manufacturers and ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO standards.
• Manage manufacturing issue resolution and escalations, acting as the primary interface for Tier 1 and OEM partners.
• Develop and implement CAPA strategies to track and improve manufacturing effectiveness.
• Maintain Arena System records and documentation to ensure compliance for all product releases.

Requirements

• Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in quality systems within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and analytical skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for executive-level presentations.
• Proficiency in managing quality documentation and regulatory compliance.
